Anyway, I just want to say that if you are an existing Starhub subscriber, the Hubstation's free 1Mbps Internet connection gives the most bang for no buck :)
it isn't perfectly immune from peak hour Internet traffic slowdowns, but at least its good enough for Skype when I need to work, and most Youtube sessions are generally fine.
